However, if for any reason the order arrives damaged then please follow below steps to get a replacement of the damaged item. 1- Take a photo of the package from inside & outside ( Show if the package was damaged due to mishandling) 2- take a photo of the broken item by putting it against the postage label to show delivery address. 3-(for shipments outside Australia) Present the damaged item & the packaging at a Post Office for a damage report to be completed (only the person to whom the item is addressed can present the item). 4- Once the case has been lodged please provide us with the case ID & we will follow up from our end. Please note that if you cant meet these steps then unfortunately we will not offer any replacement nor refund.
