This handmade mug was soda-fired to cone 10. The firing process coats the porcelain in a sodium based glaze as the pots are already in the kiln. Additionally, the pot is lined with a white glaze blushing pink. The exterior is unglazed & is glossy through the firing process. It is natural for fine lines to appear in the glaze over time & with use (still food-safe). Some glaze spots on the bottom of cup from firing process.
