When ordering, please specify the following:- Your email address, just in case I have any questions to clarify. I will delete this after I have used it. Family name (surname) For each family member, please select the character in the photo & use the number to tell us which ones you want included. Please enter the information in the text box in the order that you want them to appear on the mug, from left (first) to right (last). If you want the individual names printed, please include this along side the character number i.e P3 - Chris - these will appear under each character. If you select up to 3 characters, the design will be printed on both sides of the mug. If you select more than 3 characters, the design will be printed all around the mug. For the required personalisation, please specify the name you want printed & check the spelling as we will print exactly what you send. These mugs hold 10 ozs & are dishwasher & microwave safe & are created using a heat sublimation process, printing directly onto the ceramic mug. Standard postage is by Royal Mail, 2nd class. Please note, colours can look different on your computer screen than in real life. Therefore, colours will be approximate.
