Thank you for visiting my shop. When you order an item from my shop, I then make it in my workshop in Australia. Each item is individual not mass produced. I take time & use quality materials to produce a high standard product. I hope you like what I make. This consists of 3 items. The first is the Slat Top Saddle Stand. The second is the Gear Chest. The third is the saddle stand stool. (All of these items are available separately on this web site) The stand is built with great strength & the slats form a circular shape with a diameter of 320mm (about 13 inch). This is great for supporting the saddle. The timber slats are made of Tasmanian Oak & are stained in walnut varnish. You have the option of the standard length top with 595mm (about 24 inch) long slats. The other option is the extra long version with 705mm (about 28 inch) long slats. This long version is great for large western saddles. The gear chest below the stand allows a large selection of tack & equipment to be stored inside. The inside is 410mm (about 16 inches) long, 235mm (about 9 inches) wide, & 120mm (about 5 inches) deep. This area is secured with a solid key locking system, so you could secure use your valuables inside whilst out riding. The gear chest sits on the base supports of the stand & is bolted in place. The stool is slatted on top & is a handy seat to have in a tack room. It is free standing or can attach to the saddle stand. It has 2 pins that drop into stainless steel hook on the rear legs of the saddle stand. The stool has a top that is 445mm (about 17 1/2 inches) long, 320mm (about 13 inches) wide & 320mm (about 13 inches) high. There is a choice of classic chain handles or plain chrome handles. If you care for your valuable saddle this could be for you. Once this is set up the dimensions are; 1100mm (about 43 inches) long, 540mm (about 21 inches) wide, & 760mm (about 30 inches) high. The stand, chest & stool can be bought separately (and still can be bolted together). Or they can be ordered here as a set at a reduced price. NOTE: Buyers in European countries (EU & Non-EU). Significant tax & import duties will also have to be paid by the buyer to your country's authorities. It must be paid before being released by customs for final delivery to the buyer. This applies to items imported with values over: (EU 150 euros), (UK 135 pounds), (Norway 3000 kroner). The percentage charged varies between countries. An estimation of how much you can expect to be charged by customs, is between 25% & 33% of the purchase price. (Local authorities will notify the buyer of the cost & how it is to be paid).
