Thank you for visiting my shop. When you order an item from my shop, I then make it in my workshop in Australia. Each item is individual not mass produced. I take time & use quality materials to produce a high standard product. I hope you like what I make. This is a saddle stand with Tasmanian Oak slats that support the saddle. This allows air to flow beneath the saddle to air it out. With reinforced construction & a wide base it is a strong & stable stand to store your most precious saddle on. The top of the stand is formed by a semi circular formation of timber slats over reinforced supports. This provides extreme strength. T One end of the stand is fitted with wheels & the other end is fitted with your choice of a stylish chain or plain chrome handle. This allows the stand to be moved about when required. The stand is made high enough so if stirrups are fitted they should have enough clearance to be above the ground. The slats on the standard size are 595mm (about 24 inches) long, which is suitable for most saddles. For long western saddles there is an option of an extra long type. This version has slats that are 705mm (about 28 inches) long. The overall length of the standard stand is 700mm long (about 27 1/2 inches). The extra long version is 810mm overall length (about 32 inches). Both sizes are 540mm wide (about 21 inches), & 760mm high (about 30 inches). Finished in Walnut varnish it is a very classy looking item. It could be displayed with your best saddle on it inside your home. Quality stainless steel nuts & bolts are used to secure all parts together. Each individual stand is normally built when the order is made, so stock is not limited to any number. The stand requires only simple assembly before use. NOTE: Buyers in European countries (EU & Non-EU). Significant tax & import duties will also have to be paid by the buyer to your country's authorities. It must be paid before being released by customs for final delivery to the buyer. This applies to items imported with values over: (EU 150 euros), (UK 135 pounds), (Norway 3000 kroner). The percentage charged varies between countries. An estimation of how much you can expect to be charged by customs, is between 25% & 33% of the purchase price. (Local authorities will notify the buyer of the cost & how it is to be paid).
