Mid Century Danish Rope Weave Seat Stool Solid Oak Wood End Panels 16.25 Wide Good Sized very well made hand crafted Mid Century Danish Rope Weave Seated Stool made of Solid Oak Wood with Chunky Shaped End Panels & Cross Bar - this is a lovely chunky sturdy stool over 4kg in weight with the attractive Danish Style Rope Weave strong seat & the original shaped end panels making it both very unusual & sturdy & attractive in this lovely grained honey oak wood - made to last - it even has some of the original pencil markings on the wood so it is a lovely original piece -probably made in the 1950s or 1960s we think - it is dusty from storage with the woven seat fully intact, there is a small fine hairline in one of the end panels but it is not affecting the integrity of the stool nor is it in a place under any strain & it is hard to see, there are some light scuffs & marks to the wood which will benefit from a polish - please check photos which form part of the description & do help -if you are looking for a very well made mid century piece with an original design then this one is definitely good quality & unusual with lovely grained wood - don't miss it!
