An impressively large & decorative brass amphora vase in a baroque rococo style with twin handles. Embellished with floral garlands & bows, with scrolled tops to the handles. Height: 62.25cm (24). Width including handles: 24cm (9). Approximate diameter: 18cm (7). Weight: 2.846Kg (6lbs 4oz). The main body of the vase has a hammered finish below the floral garlands. One of the flower garlands hanging vertically from the bow has become unattached from the side of the vase but is firmly attached to the rest of the applied decor. The vase has a lovely worn patina.
