All of our prints are designed & printed by The Mog & Dog Squad. Prints are packaged with a board backing in a clear plastic sleeve. A4 or smaller prints are sent in a rigid mailer, A3 prints are sent rolled in a tube so will need to be flattened upon delivery.Prints are supplied unframed. Listing is for one, unframed, print. Printed on semi-gloss 260gsm professional photo paper. We try to ensure accurate representations of our products but colours may vary due to differences with computer monitors & devices. A4 or smaller prints are sent in a rigid mailer, A3 prints are sent rolled in a tube so will need to be flattened & framed upon delivery. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. UK Orders: Orders are sent via Royal Mail's first class service. This does not include tracking. Whilst most orders arrive within 1 - 2 days after dispatch, occasionally they can take longer. If your order arrives late you can return it for a full refund. If your item doesn't arrive, we follow Royal Mail's guidelines which is that an item isn't classed as lost until 10 working days from the day after dispatch have passed. We issue refunds for an item that hasn't arrived in line with this. International Orders: Orders are sent via Royal Mail & are then passed to your local postal service.
