From hand-carved wood sculptures to the application of natural lacquer sap, colors then sanded up to 35-50 layers. This painstaking process can take between 6 to 10 weeks, & even longer for larger, complex pieces. 4.The longevity of each piece, especially its color, can span centuries. Most of the materials used in crafting a Lacquer piece is sourced naturally, promoting environmental & user-friendliness.
