This is a Unusual Stunning Decorative Vintage Vase. This is a wonderful collector piece. I am not sure if this is a home made item as it looks like it is made round a glass jar, but could be wrong. I have not seen one made in this way before. It looks like it is clothe that has been gently fixed round the inner glass the glazed with a high gloss varnish. A beautiful yellow bow is also worked into the vase to finish off the design. This is a super looking vase & very different.There is no writing on the bottom of the vase to say who or where it came from. It was purchased in France, but it could have been made somewhere other. I Have not filled the vase with water, but due to how it is made this should not be a probable, however it would look good as it is or with plain dried flowers or green leaves etc. It is made to stand well. I have not seen any damage, but it is age worn. Very colourful. It is very well made. Measurement: 8-1/2 high approx. This item is very heavy & fragile & will need carefull packing.
