Our mounts are cut on a state of the art computerised Valiani machine using 1.4mm Core Acid Free Mount Board The mount window inside is cut at a precise 45 degree angle & the mount outside is cut 45 degree angle but this wont be visible once placed in the Photo Frame Standard mount aperture cut 5mm smaller than image size to ensure overlap with your picture All mounts are completely removable FRAME DETAILS The moulding is made from high-quality polcore. Width of the moulding: 20mm Height of the moulding: 16mm Each frame is made to order by our skilled picture framers in our UK based factory using the best of picture framing technology & machines. Polcore frames are the most professionally looking material that gives the appearance of wood but the material is actually recycled polystyrene which is eco-friendly & has a clean finish.
