My candles are hand poured therefore small imperfections may appear, even though I will give my best to deliver the best quality products. I use soy wax meaning that the candles are vegan & environmental friendly. in time candles may develop frosting wich is a natural effect in vegetable waxes that will give a stone effect to your candle which is the wax is trying to return back to its natural form therefore starting to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle. All candles are poured to order & dispatch times may vary which allows you to customise your order. Colours may sightly vary depending on the scent used. Burning instructions:trim wick at 5mm before burning. Burn candle within sight. Keep candle free of any foreign materials. Only burn candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 3 hours at a time. Due to the fact our candles are made to order, we don't accept returns, but if you have a problem with your candle, please contact us.
