Porcelain cup decorated with vanilla orchid flowers (unglazed) inlaid with underglaze. Flowers made from the wifi symbol also decorate the cup. The bottom is decorated with an orchid flower. Fired to cone 6 then 06 for the decals. This design was inspired by the vanilla orchid. This unique flower creates the vanilla bean (the second most expensive spice in the world!) The flowers only remain open for pollination for 24 hours & the vanilla bean takes 9 months to ripen! 99% of vanilla products don't actually contain vanilla. Approximately 3.75'' x 3.5'' & comfortably holds 9 ounces. Dishwasher & microwave safe! This mug is on sale because the cream underglaze on the orchid flowers bubbled a bit.
