The Prints are Supplied UNFRAMED Gicle printed High quality matt paper Vibrant colours Designed & printed in the UK You can choose the colour of the text from a selection of colours available. Please see chart picture for colours available. If no colour for text is requested then your order will be printed in the default colour which is black. Made from All of our prints are made to order using specialist printers, archival matt paper 190gsm & fade resistant pigment inks that will produce quality long lasting images. Our prints are carefully packed by hand in a protective acid free glassine bag or tissue paper & sent in a hard backed envelope. Larger prints (A3, A2, etc) will be sent rolled in postal tubes. All our packaging is biodegradable or recyclable. After we've finished processing your order we'll post it out with Royal Mail on 2nd class service. Royal Mail estimate that 98% of 2nd class mail arrives within 3 working days however the remaining 2% can take more & therefore we advise ordering early as we can't guarantee that your order will arrive within a definite timescale. Please allow 10 working days from the date you placed your order before chasing. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Orders placed with this service will be prioritised & will be sent out the same day if ordered before 2 PM.(Mon-Fri). Exception to this will be the personalised prints which require 1 extra day to process. We accept returns on this product within 30 days from the day it was received. If you need to return an item please get in touch with us via the Etsy messages so we can authorise the return & provide you with a return address.
