This Alice in wonderland cushion has been inspired by the original drawings from Lewis Carroll s hand written book which is 150 years old ! Alice has just shrunk ! & all is left is her head & shoes . I have machine sewn Alice onto linen & backed the cushion with vintage soft cotton velvet , & I have finished off Alice by hand embroidering around the eyes & mouth & nose . I hand make all my cushions from my brighton studio .
