PLEASE ensure you check all spelling/wording on your personalisation before checkout - refunds cannot be issued or replacements be sent due to customer errors. Names will be copy & pasted exactly as written. Please ensure you check our turnaround times & the estimated shipping time before ordering. How to provide your photo: Please provide your Photo(s) by sending us a message with the photo as an attachment. Alternatively, you can send your photo to sales@mancubprints.co.uk along with your name & order number. Please bear in mind we need room on either side of the subject to crop & we also need to accommodate the hole which the ribbon goes in. If in doubt whether your photo is suitable, it is better to send a couple of options & we will choose the best one. Please see our photo cropping suggestions in the photo gallery. Please keep in mind the print will only be as good as the photo provided. We do not edit or apply any filters to the photo, if you require enhancement, please do so prior to sending us the photo. Please note that if a photo isn't supplied or isn't in the correct format (i.e with cropping issues, etc.) this will cause delays in production. We will place the photo supplied in the best way to fit the design. We do not supply a proof. Please also check the font style shown on the last photo & ensure you like the letters in your chosen name before ordering. Refunds & replacements cannot be sent for this reason.
