Welcome to Magnolia Ember! Show off your love for your best friend with this adorable coffee mug! Use your own photo & turn it into a customized painted effect photo mug. They make a great gift or just to keep for yourself! This listing is for one mug. Please use drop down to select which size option you would like. About the Mugs/Tumblers The design is permanently printed on the mug with special inks & is not a decal. We do not use vinyl in the creation of our mugs or tumbler products. Mugs are dishwasher & microwave safe, although we do recommend handwashing to ensure the design remains vibrant for many years to come. Tumblers are not dishwasher or microwave safe. We recommend hand washing to preserve the double wall seal of the mug & also to ensure that the design does not fade, as it may if exposed to high temperatures from the dishwasher over time. Personalization For customization, Once purchased, please email a photo that you would like on the mug to jennifer@magnolia-ember.com & be sure to include your name & order number in the subject line. Please only send high quality digital photos - low resolution files will not generally have a good outcome, because the rendering will look more grainy due to low resolution. It is important to also note that the photo will be exactly as you send it, minus the background only it will be in a painted effect as shown in the photo. If you need your photo reviewed prior to purchasing, please contact me, as I will not be able to do additional photoshop work to render your photo acceptable (such as add arms, hands, change eye shape, etc) in this listing. Please note that Colors may vary slightly as each device interprets colors differently. If your would like to inquire about personalizing this mug, please message me. I may be able to take custom requests if time permits. Proof Requests Please note that a request for a proof is not included in the cost of the listing unless you select that you would like to receive a preview, as we have a high order volume & these requests cause delays to shipping timelines.
