We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spelling or prints, unless we are at fault. If we are at fault this will be rectified. Proofs - Proofs are not sent before we make your item. However, we are more than happy to provide you with a proof beforehand. Just pop a note on your order or message us to request this. Please be aware proofs will delay the production of your item & the delivery date will be changed. If you would like to see different coloured fonts before you order, please ask. Delivery Times - When ordering, the delivery dates stated on the checkout page are accurate. If we do not feel we can fulfil an order within the stated timeframe we will always contact you to discuss. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know. Please be realistic with your required date. Every item we sell is handmade & we need time to make your item beautiful! If your date is coming up, please select express delivery at checkout. Our standard delivery takes up to 5 business days to arrive. in most cases express delivery takes 1 business day to arrive once dispatched (within the UK). On occasions it can take 2 business days. Forced Return - As our items are tracked, we are aware you might not always be at home to receive your item. Most couriers will reattempt delivery a certain amount of times before the item is sent back to us. If the item is sent back, it is your responsibility to pay for postage again for the item to be resent. To avoid this from happening please provide an address where someone will be available to take in the parcel. This may be a home or work address. If you do not want to pay for postage again the order will be refunded. Our couriers - We use a different range of couriers depending on the sizes & weight of the package.
