This stunning hi ball glass is perfect for any celebration or even every day use. The glass comes personalised with two coloured fonts which you can choose yourself. Just leave a note in the personalisation box & select from the drop downs to receive your perfectly personalised glass. If you would like numbers instead of an initial this is also fine! Please note: the personalisation is made with permanent vinyl, however they are not dishwasher friendly On the main picture Rose Gold Chrome & white are used on the glass. Also to include the full phrase or name you would like on your item in the order notes/description. We will print the personalisation exactly how it is sent through to us. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spelling or prints, unless we are at fault. If we are at fault this will be rectified. Please check your address & personalised details are left before ordering. If they are not, we will contact you to find out these details. Proofs - Proofs are not sent before we make your item. However, we are more than happy to provide you with a proof beforehand. Just pop a note on your order or message us to request this. Delivery Times - When ordering, the delivery dates stated on the checkout page are accurate. If we do not feel we can fulfil an order within the stated timeframe we will always contact you to discuss. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know. Please be realistic with your required date. Every item we sell is handmade & we need time to make your item beautiful! If your date is coming up, please select express delivery at checkout. Our standard delivery takes up to 5 business days to arrive. in most cases express delivery takes 1 business day to arrive once dispatched (within the UK). On occasions it can take 2 business days. Forced Return - As our items are tracked, we are aware you might not always be at home to receive your item. Most couriers will reattempt delivery a certain amount of times before the item is sent back to us. If the item is sent back, it is your responsibility to pay for postage again for the item to be resent. To avoid this from happening please provide an address where someone will be available to take in the parcel. This may be a home or work address.
