Our processing times vary by item, & can be found on every listing directly below the description. SHIPPING Our Shipping windows are accurate but we would always recommend giving yourself extra time. Shipping upgrades for express 2-3 day delivery, are available at checkout. OUTSIDE THE UK We use a premium tracked courier service that requires a telephone number, please send this with your order, using the notes function provided. RETURNS While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns. PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS Please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, a detailed description of the damage with a photograph. MAKING CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER If you notice something needs to be changed on your order, example: address, colour choice, etc. Please contact us immediately.
