Available in a selection of materials, please choose from our drop-down menu using the last image for reference. The colours are as follows: Clear Frosted Wood Silver Mirror Gold Mirror Rose Gold Mirror Our designs are never made using vinyl or stickers they are engraved & the design is 100% permanent so they will never scratch or fade off, & the designs are weatherproof. Please note our mirror acrylic is one sided mirror, this means the back of the acrylic is a matt grey finish. Also, please be aware that our 'frosted' option is very popular but really needs a darker background to show up the engraving. PROCESSING TIMES We understand the importance of timelines. Our processing times vary by item, & can be found on every listing directly below the description. Processing times are updated frequently to give you the most accurate, up to date information of when your order will ship. Please get in touch if you have any concerns for your deadline. SHIPPING Our Shipping windows are accurate but we would always recommend giving yourself extra time. Shipping upgrades for express 2-3 day delivery, are available at checkout. Please use the delivery window to pick a shipping method that works with your timeline. OUTSIDE THE UK We use a premium tracked courier service that requires a telephone number, please send this with your order, using the notes function provided. RETURNS While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns. PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS Please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, a detailed description of the damage with a photograph. MAKING CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER If you notice something needs to be changed on your order, example: address, colour choice, etc. Please contact us immediately.
