This handmade lampshade would make a stunning addition to any Scottish or country themed decor as well as looking great on a gin bottle lamp (adaptors are available to upcycle your bottle into a lovely, rustic table lamp, the shade can also be purchased as part of a complete gin bottle lamp - please see my other listings). This way we can support individual weavers in continuing in the tradition of making Harris Tweed by hand. This particular tweed has been woven by Annie at Crotal Harris Tweed. This Harris Tweed lampshade is carefully handmade in our workshop in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland. The lampshade is available in a drum or oval shape with a rolled edge & comes complete with Harris Tweed authentication label sewn on the the front of the shade with our own Lucy Wagtail wooden button beside the seam.
