DETAILS: -Made from 600 thread count 100% cotton sateen featuring a silky smooth surface & matte underside -4 standard sizes to choose from: King, Queen, Double, & Twin -Solid white cotton sateen back with white invisible zipper finishing -Cotton sateen fabric that only gets softer with wash & use -Printed with vibrant reactive inks, the only way to print permanently on natural fibers Digitally printed with reactive inks in CANADA SIZES: 70 x 90 (Twin) 81 x 81 (Double/Full) 90 x 90 (Queen) 106 x 92 (King) CARE INSTRUCTIONS: For first washing, rinse separately from other laundry with cold water. Following the rinse, run a normal cycle with cold water & detergent. Machine dry on high. Wash normally in cold water for subsequent washings. Can be dry cleaned. Do not bleach. Our unique process: Reactive printing is a multistep process formulated for printing on natural fabrics. It involves 4 main steps: pretreating fabrics, printing, steaming & washing. The pretreatment process involves coating fabrics in a finely tuned chemical mixture that stiffens the fabric & helps bond the ink to the fabric. Once coated, the fabrics are digitally printed with reactive inks using color profiles suited to each fabric. It's quick & insanely accurate! The cmYK ink set translates your artwork into millions of tiny drops that are jetted out from the technologically advanced print heads. After printing, steaming is where the magic happens! The fabric slowly moves through a steam chamber heated to 102 degrees Celsius which opens the fiber's cells. Once opened, the ink can transfer into the fibers. After steaming the print will be at maximum vibrancy & color depth. The last step is washing to remove all excess inks & residual pretreatment. The fabric passes through 3 different temperature baths & we add special detergents & finishers to wash & significantly soften the fabrics. It's a long process but it's worth it! All fabrics printed with a reactive process are fully washable with no fading & perfectly soft & ready to use for any project.
