The bandanas are secured with 2 sets of plastic snaps based on measurements below. Vinyl personalization is available to add your pups name to the bandana for an additional fee. Bandana Sizes X-Small up to 13 inches (snaps at 11in & 13in) Small Medium up to 17 inches (snaps at 15in & 17in) Medium Large up to 21 inches (snaps at 19in & 21in) Large X-Large up to 25 inches (snaps at 23in & 25in) All custom Bandanas are not returnable or refundable as each are made specific to each pup PLEASE NOTE: Normal wear & tear, chewing, scratching, or misuse of our collars are not considered to be due to any flaws in workmanship & will not be considered for exchanges or refunds. Though the collars are made on heavy duty nylon webbing, they are not indestructible & can be cut by anything that is sharp. Dogs will be dogs, & not all dogs are the same. This also goes for how dogs wear their collars. Some dogs can be very hyper & pull while walking on the leash causing the collar to have a shorter life span, while a similar dog can wear the collar for years. Please make sure the equipment you use on your dog is safe for them, & make sure it is being used correctly so that it can have a longer lifespan!
