We do not advocate or advise using an electric balloon pump on any balloons in the kit. If you wish for your elf to have the illusion of hanging/standing as pictured in our display's you are going to need a needle & thread! When leaving personalisation details please ensure spellings are correct All contents should be inspected & checked upon receipt No Helium is required for this display - all balloons are air filled with a standard pump Instructions must be followed in order if there is a defect on any balloon the whole kit must be returned in order to get a refund or a replacement.
