Printed on premium quality card 300gsm using quality inks. POSTAGE All my prints include free 2nd class postage, if you would prefer a faster or tracked delivery then please select the relevant upgraded delivery at checkout! Please note a postage upgrade does not affect or speed up the processing time for dispatch shown when ordering, this still applies!! Please note that all my prints are UNFRAMED, therefore the only thing dispatched will be the print itself! All my prints are securely dispatched in a cellophane sleeve & a hard back, no bend envelope! PERSONALISATION Please provide the heading you would like to appear on the print, for example: Our Family Please list the names & ages of the characters you would like to appear on the print in the correct order from left to right. For example: 1. Daddy - age 27 2.Mummy - age 27 3.Ruby-Ann - age 5 4.Vanessa - age 2 If you would like anymore changes please feel free to message me before ordering & i will try my best to accommodate. PREVIEW Please let me know when ordering if you would like to see a preview before printing, this will allow you to make any changes if they are needed before printing. Please note that if you do want a preview, these are currently sent over up to 1 day prior to your estimated despatch day. I do aim to send these much earlier, however this is not guaranteed (Unless you have purchased our add on: Rush My Order). If I do not receive a response to your preview after 48 hours from it being sent, your order will be printed, packed & despatched as per the personalisation information you left when ordering.
