The design is done in white permanent vinyl that is heated up to stay secure to the mug as well as sealed with a dishwasher safe sealant. The design will be done in white unless otherwise specified in the personalization box - My mugs can be placed in the dishwasher & microwave but suggested hand results of the longest lasting results. All of my mugs come with suggested wash instructions placed inside the mug.
