Set of two stoneware cabbage bowls glazed in forest green. Handmade Stoneware Pottery by littlewrenpottery on Etsy. The bowl is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) in diameter & 2.7 inches (7 cm) in height. These unique bowls are ideal for serving smaller portions of deserts or snacks. Each one was created by casting a real cabbage in plaster around a thrown bowl form. Liquid clay was then poured into the mold to give the impression & texture of the cabbage on the outside. The bowls are glazed simply in forest green with a glossy finish. It's a glaze that reflects the green colour of the cabbage & it's slight transparent colour allows the detail of the leaves to be picked up. A shallow foot ring finishes off the look of this bowl & it will sit flush on your table when it comes to snack time. This bowl can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
