Hi! My name is Dee, the owner of this little shop. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my shop & showing your interest in my cute keyrings. Each keyring is made with love in my craft room in Milton Keynes in the UK. You can personalise the keyring with any name or you can use Mum/Mom. The keyring is 2 inches in diameter & comes with a mesh chain, little bow & a charm made from faux leather on the one side & some glitter on the other side for some extra sparkle. OPTIONS AVAILABLE - The Initial will be in metallic blue & the chosen name in white. - You could select to just have the name without the initial in either white or blue - The bow & the little heart charm will be a white bow with a white leather & teal glitter for extra sparkle. - For best results names up to 7 letters long work - anything longer than this reach out to me so that we could do a test first. If you would like different colours please have a look at my other listings. If you still can't find what you are looking for you could place an custom order - I have a listing specifically for this. Please pop over to that listing & read through the description. PLEASE double check the name when you add it to the personalise box - the name will but cut our as typed into the box. If you like this keyring have a little browse in my shop, I have a few different designs & colour combinations available - with loads more to come. Please note that the colours may vary from computer to computer or on different devices. The colour that you see on your device might be slightly different to the colour that you receive. I mean, you not going to get blue when you ordered pink but just a slight shade difference. The glitter might also vary from time to time - if you order the same keyring twice you might see a difference in the glitter used (the shapes). GIFT WRAPPING -If you would like to have the keyring sent to a recipient directly & not to your address you can select the option This is a gift. By doing this you can add a personalised message which I will handwrite for you & send your parcel without an invoice. -I do offer a gift wrapping service at an additional cost - This is a black gift envelope decorated with an organza bow. The colour of the bow may vary depending on which colour I have at hand. One of the product photo's is the gift wrapping to give you an example. UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING INFORMATION After creating your cute parcel your order will be sent via Royal Mail. Each keyring is made to order. Please allow me 1-2 days to get your keyring made up & ready to pop in with Postman Pat - I will aim for 1-2 days but due to order volumes it might take me a little longer. Should there be any other delays you can expect a message from me directly after you place your order - this doesn't happen often. Your parcel will be sent 1st Class - Royal mail states that this will be 1-2 days for delivery, There will be an upgrade available at check out for guaranteed 4pm next day delivery.
