HOW TO ORDER: Please enter the following information in the PERSONALISATION BOx in the following format. Please select the following for each person: - Name (middle/surname too if required) -The person's zodiac (please bear in mind this is the image which will be used & is unchangable after production) - The date of birth (year too if required) - Any other information you would like including eg. Baby's weight for example Any additional quotes or wording please state these too in the message & the position you would like this in. Eg. Top of print. All wording can be changed for your personalisation (please specify any changes upon order when given the option). Please not this is for an UNFRAMED PRINT only - No frame is included with this listing. Please visit my Etsy store for separate Framed Print listing. THE PROCESS Please keep an eye out for messages! I will message you a proof via Etsy to make sure you are happy before your order is printed & await your reply of confirmation. If you are unsure about anything at all I am here to help. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for products received where the proof has been confirmed as correct by yourself, so please please please do check carefully - mistakes CAN be made from time to time which is the reasoning for the proof. PLEASE READA confirmation of proof by the buyer is required within 3 days of my sending to you via ETSY messenger. I will send a reminder message as a follow up to the initial message of preview. If no confirmation is received within 3 days, I will dispatch your print as displayed in the proof & there will be NO entitlement to a refund or replacement.
