Your bauble will be printed, sublimated, packaged with care & dispatched within the estimated time frame given (please see your confirmation email for this) If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. select the wrong option), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours of the order being placed, I will assume all is correct & the order will be completed. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I will always do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
