MUG: ~ 11 OZ ~ Dishwasher safe ~ Microwave safe ~ Design is dyed into mug(NOT vinyl that would peel off, also WILL NOT fade over time) PRODUCTION TIME: Typically 2-4 business days before shipment (doesn't include the weekends or holidays) BUT because of ongoing supply chain issues sometimes my mug shipments arrive behind schedule, therefore sometimes I do need a couple extra days before shipment. If you need it by a certain date, it's helpful to let me know in the notes box through checkout or by messaging me. SHIPPING TIME: Once shipped after my production time is completed, packages are shipped Standard Mail (First Class with USPS) which is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days excluding Sundays. USPS & Etsy does NOT 100% guarantee the estimated delivery timeframe. The timeframe they display on the order is just a rough estimate, therefore I unfortunately don't accept refunds in the event that an item wasn't received by a particular date that it was intended for. QUICKER SHIPPING OPTION: If you need an item sooner, you can always add the Priority Mail shipping upgrade into your cart along with the item listing. It is $5 extra to upgrade.
