Since 1981, Precious Moments has commemorated each year's new collection of figurines with a unique Production Mark on the bottom of every Precious Moments figurine. This figurine is marked with a Star. The star - Matthew 2:2 Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East & have come to worship Him The star indicates the production year being 1999. This does come in the original box, which shows minimal wear due to age & storage. Please see photos for details. Sam Butcher is the man behind Precious Moments subjects. His inspired brush paints each & every one of the hundreds of illustrations that so many people love.
