CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the actual embroidery has not begun. If you'd like to change your order not caused by our mistake we can only refund about 80% of the total amount you've paid as we accept payments through the third part which takes about 20% of non-refundable fees. Shipping : I ship my orders from Novi Sad, Serbia, Europe You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package information about it will be available only after parcel will be registered in your country post system (it may take up to 1-2 weeks). Please note that some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy & Australian post. From the first day you can track your parcel on the site of Serbian Post until it is registered in your country.
