If you'd like to change your order not caused by our mistake we can only refund about 80% of the total amount you've paid as we accept payments through the third part which takes about 20% of non-refundable fees. Shipping : I ship my orders from Novi Sad, Serbia, Europe You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped. I will let you know when your package is on the way.
