West German pottery fat lava vase. A genuine vintage 1970's classic.. Rarity 89/100 Condition 92/100 Made by world famous Scheurich of West Germany. Glossy shades of hot oranges, with bands of dark charcoal fat lava as shown. Glossy chocolate brown inside. Marked on the base with W-Germany & the correct period Scheurich model numbers, although overglazed & difficult to read. 28 cm or 11 inches tall. A nice larger sized vase. A very, very nice glaze. & just stunning, as you can see. As usual with these vases, the possibility of some factory glazing variations.... Check the photos & my condition estimate above. Use the zoom. Otherwise, it's... in good to even very, very good collector's condition. Any white marks in the photos are reflection.
