I started out making this rug as a yellow only. Well I ran out of yarn because it was not large enough & could not find anymore at my local store. I went to look online & to mail was $16 so I had to rethink my plan. This yarn was more expensive than what I normally use. Anyone who has to use yarn or any materials to make a finished product understands my dilemma so I did what most creators do...I improvised. I found this beautiful confetti yarn to accentuate the yellow & it turned out beautifully. If you look closely the yellow has sparkly fibers that I love. I also applied a non-slip coating that I found on Amazon. It comes in a spray can & was the best find that I discovered that adds to the already wonderful features to this particular rug. Additionally this rug is 1 1/2 inches thick & is extremely soft. Note: To clean latchhook rug use a clean cloth, mild detergent & cool water. Lemony Sparkle Confetti Rug
