Made & ready to post (Can't be personalised). Very slight defect on the back of the Queen mug, as shown in photo 4 - its a paint mark, not a blemish in the coating so will not affect use in any way. made from: 8oz white ceramic mugs Each mug is customised in our Newcastle studio. All mugs are sent boxed in either a smash proof box (ceramic) or with bubble wrap (enamel) to ensure they arrive safely. All our mugs are printed using the highest quality sublimation process, allowing a stunning combination of colours. We use superior quality white ceramic mugs with a high gloss finish. Ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe. Cancellations & returns are not accepted on personalised items. If your parcel is returned to me for whatever reason (incorrect address, not at home when delivered etc) then you will need to pay another postage fee for the item to be re-sent.
