All items are made using highest quality sublimation inks & are heat pressed - no vinyl stickers that won't peel off. Cancellations & returns are not accepted on personalised items. If your parcel is returned to me for whatever reason (incorrect address, not at home when delivered etc) then you will need to pay another postage fee for the item to be re-sent.
