Original Vintage Macmillan Wild Flowers Pea Educational Poster Clover Broom Melilot print wall art Nature biology botany botanical 1950s This is a vintage Macmillan botanical poster of the Wild Flowers - Pea family - Kidney Vetch, Red Clover, Tall Melilot, Broom, Bird's foot Trefoil, Furze, Spiny Rest-Harrow, Needle Whin & Sainfoin. It is one of the portfolio of posters designed for teaching in the classroom during the 1950s. Because of the age of these posters, & their use in the classroom, there are areas of wear & tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, & edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years in the classroom are part of the vintage charm. Note the hole punches on the left hand side as they have been stored in a portfolio, but these can aslo be hidden by mats. These posters are sent as unframed.
