All Is Calm Vintage Christmas Sign Our signs are handmade start to finish in our studio from quality materials & have been refined over five years of sign making. We can't wait to make a new piece for your home! About Our Framed Signs - All of our rectangle signs are available in two sizes: 9 inches & 12.5 inches. The face of the frame is 0.75 inches & the depth is 1 inch. Overall sizes include the frame so you can easily measure your space! - Our frames are constructed from quality-grade pine wood with modern mitred corners. Artwork is recessed slightly into the frame to protect the surface. - Artwork is professionally printed onto a laminated panel for a smooth finish with high-definition graphics. About Us - Our studio is located in beautiful Saskatchewan & all products are made/printed in house & will ship directly from us. - We are women owned & operated & take great pride in our work. - Products are all made to order in weekly batches. The Fine Print - Our frames are made from real & natural wood. We hand choose our pieces & use select-grade wood, meaning knots & other markings are minimal, but are still possible. These are a natural feature & are not considered flaws. - Stain colour will absorb slightly different on each piece. - All artwork & photos belong to Knotty Design Co. & are subject to copyright. Any attempts to duplicate our work or use our photos will be reported. - Custom or personalized orders are final sale, but we stand behind our work, so please contact us if there are any problems with your order. PROCESSING TIME Our shop processing time varies by item, but can be found on each product listing (we make sure that this is kept up to date). We are often able to send out orders quicker than the processing time listed. CANADIAN SHIPPING We ship all signs with tracking, & use a variety of carriers to best serve our customers including: Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, & UPS. Average delivery time is 2-8 business days, but can be longer during peak seasons. Please see our shop announcement for any possible delays. US SHIPPING All US orders will be sent out using Canada Post International Tracked Small Packet or International Parcel (depending on package size).
