A pair of beautiful bamboo woven ikebana vessels from the mid-twentieth century in good condition with no damage or wear. The vessels used in ikebana are designed to maximize the life of the flowers & allow oxygen to reach the water & plants. They tend to be soft pastel shades & bronzes to enhance the beauty of the plants. Bamboo makes a charming vase, but solid bamboo is often not practical in some countries outside of Japan where the vases originate because of climate, so vases may be lined with porcelain or ceramic. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. If you would like your order sent via a certain carrier, please let us know, otherwise orders < $500 will generally be shipped with USPS & orders > $500 will be shipped with UPS.
