Hand made on a pottery wheel & hand-painted in my garden workshop in Sussex, England. This pattern is called 'Brighton Faces', inspired by the the weird & wonderful population of Brighton. Each piece is handthrown on a pottery wheel & then left to dry a little, the underside is then trimmed & tidied. It is then left to dry out & ready for it's first firing. Once fired it is then dipped in glaze & hand-painted with my patterns. It is then ready for it's final firing in the kiln. Things to know: Size: Diameter approximately 18cm This range is made from high fired stoneware clay, it is hard-wearing, suitable for microwaves & dishwashers. Each piece is handmade on a pottery wheel & then hand-painted so there may be slight variation in size & colour. As this item is not factory made, there may be very minor imperfections. I make my pottery in small batches so you will not necessarily receive the exact item pictured. PACKAGING is plastic free! My products packaged in paper & then gift-wrapped in tissue paper, they are then packed into very sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in one piece!
