No Other Way - an oil landscape print Six print size options are available. All sizes are printed on heavy 80# matte paper. 5x7 8x10 11x14 16x20 18x24 36x24 5x7 is a laser print. 8x10 is a laser print. 11x14 is available in laser or giclee. All other sizes are giclee fine art prints. Prints 11x14 & smaller are shipped in reinforced flat mailers, wrapped in a cello sleeve & fortified with a rigid backing board. Prints larger than 11x14 are rolled & shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. Prints can be flattened out by weighing down the corners over night, or pressing beneath heavy books. Prints are typically shipped 7-10 business days after order is completed. Shipping within the US typically takes 2-3 business days. Tracking info will be available after package ships for sizes 11x14 & larger. Domestic shipping only. No International Shipping is available at this time. Wildflower is a collection of oil landscape paintings inspired by growth in wild places. Unlike cultivated flowers that decorate window boxes & garden beds, wildflowers grow in every climate, terrain, & condition, without human aid. They adapt to the exact extremities they are planted in - finding strength to thrive on cliffsides, in deserts, & across cold, windy plains. in sunless places, or in scorching heat, or in torrential rain. We, too, may find ourselves in wild places at times. Places of uncertainty, grief, hardship, or monumental change. Places that may starve us of security or sunlight or relief or calm. My hope is that we will surrender, like the wildflower, & allow these wild seasons to change us. To strengthen us, humble us. To root out the need for control, the dependence on comfort, the desire for perfection, the reliance on outside validation... & instead, grow in us compassion, gratitude, contentment, conviction, empathy, humility, faith, endurance, & deep-seeded beauty. This collection was born from my own seasons spent in wild places. Times of heartache & being stretched. Each landscape is a reminder that God goes before me & leads the way through every wilderness. That by His grace, my barren places can bloom. I am reminded of His goodness in the past, His involvement in the present, & His promises for the future. If you, too, find yourself suddenly planted in wild places you did not foresee, remember wildflowers- that fight & stretch, change & grow, & in due time, bloom.
