These shallow bowls are ideal to serve as breakfast plates or soup & stew bowls. They are handmade on the potter's wheel out of a speckled golden clay & finished with a glossy white, lead free & food safe glaze. The rim of the bowl & the bottom part of the outside are left unglazed to highlight the beauty of the raw material. The bottom of the bowl has been sanded to be soft to the touch & not leave a scratch on your table. These items are all handmade, so one may so slightly differ from the other in shape or size.
