Beautiful created to give a unique focal point to a playroom, lounge, dining room, bed room, study or office, bedroom or nursery just about anywhere! Your friends will want to grab it's sides & squeeze it! Not for children to play with & can be used indoors for display purposes. I gladly accept returns or cancellations. PLEASE READ THROUGH THE RETURN POLICY. Contact me within 3 days of delivery ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery request a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition & packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Before a return request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned via Etsy Conversations. Once the return is approved, please ship the wreath in the original box with original packing materials within 7 days of receiving it. If an item is not shipped in 7 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions. When we receive the package, we will refund your original payment MINUS shipping charges. If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there is an automatic 20% restock fee. If a wreath is shipped back after the 7 day window there is a 20% restock fee. While you received free shipping on your order, shipping costs will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund. This varies from 10 dollars to 24 dollars depending on what part of the country you live in. We will provide proof of what we paid to ship it to you when we process the refund. If your wreath is damaged during shipping to you, please provide photos of the damage immediately upon receiving it so we can address the situation. If we receive a returned wreath altered or damaged by the customer, missing flowers, etc. we will assess the damage at our shop & reduce the refund given accordingly. You will always be notified via email to the email on your account that your package has been shipped along with your tracking number. If it is marked delivered, Rustic Bloom Boutique is not responsible for a lost package. Please contact the shipping provider (USPS) to assist you. We are happy to also contact them about it as well. Exception: holiday wreaths (Christmas, Thanksgiving) are NONREFUNDABLE if the request for a return is not made within 10 days prior to the specific holiday.
