The image is designed & personalised by us & then transferred via heat to your cushion. This means that there is no lifting or fading of the image & it can be washed as normal in the washing machine. - When ordering your cushion, please send the family surname or if you would prefer our family which you would like on the cushion cover. Please send the elf codes in the order you would like them, as well as mentioning wether they are an adult or a child (and the child's age, which will be used for sizing purposes) Please send the information like this.
