Eric Ravilious (1903-1942). This is a print of a wood engraving printed in 2002 with was commissioned for the Cornhill Magazine in 1933, although not used until 1954. Printed for the Friends of the St.Bride Printing Library to celebrate the centenary of Ravilious' birth. (Limited edition of 200, this from a copy hand numbered 88 - this detail does NOT appear on the print.) This colourway for the print was only used in the limited edition.) Printed on heavy Heritage Fourdrinier paper. Text to reverse-no show through. Sheet size 6x4.5ins. Image c.5x4ins. Unmounted. Our usual packaging: Beautifully presented in cello bag backed by acid-free card. Will be also sent in cardboard reinforced DO NOT BEND envelope.
