Eric Ravilious (1903-1942). This is a print of a woodcut printed in 2002 with was commissioned in 1932 as a book plate for Roger bevanr. Printed for the Friends of the St.Bride Printing Library to celebrate the centenary of Ravilious' birth. (Limited edition of 200, this from a copy hand numbered 88 - this detail does NOT appear on the print.) This colouway was only available in the limited edition. Printed on heavy Heritage Fourdrinier paper. Text to reverse-no show through. Sheet size 6x4.5ins. Image c.4.5x3ins. Unmounted. Our usual packaging: Beautifully presented in cello bag backed by acid-free card. Will be also sent in cardboard reinforced DO NOT BEND envelope.
