New 20 Top Bar Bee Hive With Roof Kit. Top Bar Bee Hive with 20 Top Bars. Made with 3/4 inch A & B grade solid pine. Hive base is 27 long. Hive width at top is 16 1/2 & 8 at the bottom. Bottom board is 29 1/2 long. Top bars are 1 1/4 wide x 16 3/4 long & v-shaped bevel for straight comb building. This means you don't have to try to put splines in the bars like other ones for sale. Comes with a follower board that takes the place of a top bar. This bee hive & roof comes as a kit that you have to screw together. Instructions & all weather proof screws are included. Comes with 3 extra top bars. The last two pictures are from a customer who bought a 30 top bar hive. Bee Hive comes WITH A ROOF & IS NOT PAINTED or STAINED.
